Transmission lines connect distribution grids with centralized power generating stations as well as other grids to make the power system reliable and to enhance power carrying capability. Modern power systems are inter connected all over the world. The major part of our Pakistan Electric power system is also large inter connected.
As far as photovoltaic power station projects in Pakistan are concerned, the project construction process, the development model, the economic performance, the environmental benefits, and the energy policy evolution were considered, with a summary of the possibilities and challenges faced by the photovoltaic power stations.
